Why has the expiry date on my Redoxon Triple Action Effervescent 45s been changed?

We are excited to announce that the shelf life of our product has been extended to 36 months. This extension is based on comprehensive stability studies which have confirmed that our product maintains its quality, safety and efficacy for a longer period. It is safe to use the product up to the new expiry date stated.

Is Redoxon^® Halal-certified?

Redoxon^® is manufactured in PT. Bayer Indonesia and we have obtained Halal status in Indonesia.^* Please click below link to official website of Majelis Ulama Indonesia (MUI) for PT Bayer, Cimanggis Indonesia Halal certification. Except for Redoxon Double Action Kids Chewable.

Can Redoxon^® be used daily?

Yes, provided it is taken as indicated in the instructions.

Is Redoxon^® suitable for diabetic?

Redoxon^® for adult (Redoxon Triple Action, Redoxon Vita Immune, Redoxon C + Calcium + D, and Redoxon Double Action Adult Chewable) do not contain sugar (e.g. glucose, saccharose, sucrose). Instead, the product contains sugar substitute that are widely used and is suitable for diabetic patients. Redoxon Double Action Kids Chewable contains 2 mg sugar/tablet and has an energetic value <5KJ. Refer to product page for further information.

Can Redoxon^® be consumed during pregnancy and lactation?

Women who are pregnant or lactating should consult their GP, midwife or pharmacist before taking Redoxon^®.

Is Redoxon^® suitable for children?

Redoxon^® Triple Action Effervescent is suitable for children above 12 years old, a tablet per day, or as directed by a physician.
Redoxon^® Double Action Chewable Kids is suitable for children 6 years and above, 1 – 2 chewable tablets daily.

Is Redoxon^® suitable for vegetarians ?

Vegetarians can opt for Redoxon^® Double Action Chewable (adult and kids), which does not contain animal-derived ingredients.

What is the function of Vitamin D in Redoxon^® Triple Action Effervescent?

Redoxon^® Triple Action Effervescent contains Vitamin C 1000 mg, Zinc 10 mg, and added Vitamin D 400 IU.

Vitamin D plays an important role for immune support function.
Vitamin D works together with Vitamin C and Zinc in supporting the body’s immune system.

At Redoxon Singapore, we are committed to maintaining the highest standards of quality for our products and consumers. As such, we are voluntarily recalling specific batches of our Redoxon® Kids Immuno 100ml and Redoxon® Kids Immuno Smarty 100ml glass bottles in Singapore. This recall applies only to the following batches:

This precautionary measure follows a small number of complaints regarding the product's appearance. We want to emphasize that no adverse health effects have been reported, and this recall is solely to ensure our commitment to quality.

What You Need to Do:

1. Check the batch number on your product packaging, which can be found on the product box and bottle cap

2. If your product matches one of the affected batches, please discontinue use immediately.

4. You will receive a full refund within 5 working days of product collection.
