Vitamin C supports your body's immune system
Vitamin C is one of the best-known micronutrients and it has many health benefits. It helps your body's immune system to function normally and as an antioxidant, contributes to protection of your cells.Vitamin C also contributes to normal collagen formation in the skin and bones.

99% of the body’s calcium is in the bones and teeth. Our body needs calcium to build and maintain the strength of bones and teeth. Calcium also plays a role for our muscle, heart, and nerves to function properly.
Vitamin D supports immune system and helps calcium absorption
Vitamin D plays an important role for immune support. It also helps the body to absorb calcium. Vitamin D is primarily formed through the action of UV sunlight on the skin.
